My parents went to the same university, it is a easily seasoned prestigious school. They had a class together freshman year and they have been together ever since. It has consistently been mine and our parents dream for me to go to this same university. It is pretty hard to get into, so I have been finally working entirely hard and I am cheerful to say that I got our letter of acceptance in the mail last week. My parents were so enthusiastic for me and I couldn’t wait to go off to school. I was ready to leave right then and there. I knew that the campus was easily seasoned and that meant it wouldn’t have the same kind of amenities as a newer school! One thing our parents warned me about was that the dorms didn’t have a Heating and A/C system. This meant that central air conditioner was not going to be a area of our everyday life anymore. I knew it would be an adjustment and the dorm did have an air conditioner window unit, so I was trying to stay positive, however when I got settled into our dorm, it was the middle of the Summer and it was easily tepid inside. I turned on our window unit, however it entirely didn’t do much to cool down our room. I hoped that as time went on I would get used to the lack of central air conditioner. For now I suppose I am going to have to go out and buy a fan to get me through the summer.
