I have two large dumpsters on the property of my heating and cooling business.
One of the dumpsters is for recycling materials like glass, paper, and cardboard.
The other dumpster is strictly for crafts like paper, old plastic, and styrofoam. One of my HVAC technicians was cleaning out the storage area. The guy was getting rid of everything that was no longer useful to the HVAC company. I was working inside of the building when the HVAC technician took a load of stuff to the dumpster out back. When I heard the guy scream, I started running out back. I never heard any one of my employees scream like that. I ran out to the back part of the building and I saw an old man climbing out of the dumpster. The man was sleeping in the dumpster and really startled my HVAC technician. Of course the guy did not expect to see a person sleeping inside of the dumpster. I asked the bum how he got onto the property, but he was still so drunk that he could not remember. I did not see any part of the fence cut and I could not see anything from the security cameras. I have no idea how the bum got onto the property, but he was sleeping like a baby in the dumpster that morning. I told the bum that he was on private property and I asked the guy not to come back. For all I know, the guy might have been sleeping in the dumpster for weeks.
