People are willing to try to service their own Heating, Ventilation & A/C systems, if they can get the information online. I did a lot of research when I was home, and I never once gave any thought to the fact that I was using my phone to do a lot of research when I was at work. I was thinking mostly about what I was putting into my own searches. I suddenly realized that all of my searches were vague so I could bring up more options. My keywords were sometimes bringing up possibilities that I wasn’t even expecting. I had to be able to do the same thing with my SEO and make my website more accessible to most people. If someone asked for a Heating, Ventilation & A/C near them, I wanted my website to come up. My Dad was right and I knew then that I needed to do some online SEO. I contacted a gentleman my Dad suggested who had done online SEO for her. She was able to get my ad on social media and I was coming up on the front page of most searches. My PPC was amazing and I had a 12% click-through rates. I was cheerful because that meant that 12% of most people who click on my website, undoubtedly followed through and looked at my website. I was so ecstatic I listened to Dad and did some online SEO.
