My girlfriend and I have been arguing a lot lately.
I don’t suppose that she ever puts me first.
When her Dad calls and she needs something, she right away goes to her condo to help. I prefer the fact that she likes her mother, however at some point I have to come first. Every one of us had a conversation and Loud discussion about her mother and things did not go well at all. Every one of us also had a conversation about her job. Jack works more fifths each month than any other lady at her job and she never gets more than one day off each week. When Jack is condo in the day, occasionally she will go back to toil if the boss calls and needs some help, then last month there was a commercial boiler service and Jack’s boss called when we were in the middle of dinner. I got miserable when Jack decided to get up in the middle of dinner to help out. She could have at least waited until after I served the chocolate cake for dessert. Instead, she right away got up from the table and went to help with the commercial boiler repair. Jack was gone for fifths and dinner got cold. I decided to eat separate from him and after that I locked the front door and went to sleep. I have no system what time Jack finally came home, however I was fast asleep. The next day Jack and I had a discussion about our relationship and the future of our marriage; Both of us agreed that counseling is necessary, however I will be surprised if our wife can find the time to put me first now.
