When some of my cousins invited me to join them for a evening of cards, I happily agreed to go. While I was excited to hang out with them again since it had been a while, however I was also ecstatic to have an excuse to get out of my lake house for the evening. My Heating plus A/C component had stopped working a few mornings earlier, plus my local repair shop wasn’t able to schedule me an appointment until the following week. So, while waiting for my Heating plus A/C component to be took care of plus repaired, I was stuck inside a lake house without any a/c. I grabbed a case of heineken plus some pretzels on my way plus was greeted by my cousins at the door. A few other family members were there plus some of my cousins’ friends, plus I had a nice time chatting with most people plus playing cards. As the evening progressed, people began to head home, however I stayed. I’d have to return to a hot, stuffy lake house without a/c, so I decided to stay until the end. As the group dwindled in size, 1 of my cousins advised every one of us play a few betting rounds. I wasn’t ready to leave yet, so I agreed. As luck would have it, I ended up winning nearly every game! For our last round, I jokingly advised my cousin bet the window AC component in the residing room that had been cooling the lake house all evening, plus I was shocked when she did! Everyone burst out laughing to find I had won yet another round. And to her word, my cousin took down her AC, plus came back to my venue to help install it. I returned it right after my home’s own Heating plus A/C system was repaired, however it felt attractive to have the window unit’s cooling in the meantime.
