Who is this guy? Paul was the Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman trying to convince Ann that her air filters need to be upgraded.
Ann swears they were upgraded several months ago but she cannot quite remember.
Paul is not Fiona. Fiona is Ann’s favorite heating and cooling expert who regularly makes sure that she has the best experience when she comes over to look at her Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. She is so knowledgeable and she has been with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C business for a long time. This guy that stands in front of Ann she has never seen before. Also, it looks like he just started to work for the heating and cooling business, so Paul doesn’t know his judgment on her air filters. Paul is trying to charge Ann for something she does not need now. She asked him to call Fiona however he says that she is on maternity leave. Ann would know if Fiona and her fiance were having a baby. She tells her everything and they share stories. Still, this Heating, Ventilation and A/C serviceman is trying to convince Ann that if she does not have the air filters changed, then there is a possibility of something going wrong with her Heating, Ventilation and A/C system in the future. He then gave her his phone number if she changes her mind and said to call the Heating, Ventilation and A/C company if she needs another Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech to take a look at her heating and cooling system. Ann does not want to work with anyone else and if Fiona is on maternity leave, she can wait till he comes back. She is sure her air filters will be ok even though the Heating, Ventilation and A/C tech is telling her that she should have them changed.
