• As much as we’ve been through the last couple of years, the people I was with and I are so thankful to have this new normal.

Of course, I guess the people I was with and I would have both been happier to have not had the financial strains brought on by the pandemic but the people I was with and I figured it out. My husband and I both got sent loft from the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of our respective offices. And the people I was with and I both got hit with deep spend my money cuts. This was taxing as the people I was with and I had just bought a loft and done some renovating. There was a new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C equipment and entryway appliance along with new flooring and a new deck outside. So our savings was a bit diminished just when the people I was with and I needed to lean on it the most. That summer time of 2020 the people I was with and I spent trying to split every cost the people I was with and I could. Of course it was self-explanatory to clean out the entertainment portion of the budget since the people I was with and I were cooped up inside the central air conditioner of our home. But the people I was with and I pushed the temperature control higher and higher that summer time as the people I was with and I worked from loft to save on the cost of Heating, Ventilation plus A/C cooling. By fall though, the people I was with and I knew that something had to give. So the people I was with and I came up with the system of putting a ductless heat pump in our finished basement and renting it out. It didn’t take much for us to get the basement ready for a occupant because it was already sort of set up as guest room. But the ductless heat pump and the galley entryway turned it into a fantastic a single bedroom apartment. Both of us are so thankful for this as it allows us some financial breathing room as the people I was with and I get into this new normal.
