When all of us were inside the central a/c of our house, I felt that there just wasn’t enough house.
And that’s something I had not ever felt prior.
But when the pandemic hit, my entire immediate family was holed up inside the same a/c. My spouse plus I were trying to work remotely since the zone controlled HVAC of the offices were closed. Two of our kids were doing highschool from home plus the other two had to come home from university to do online classes. It was a full home for sure. And I felt sort of love I needed some room to breathe. That’s was first got myself and others started with getting out of the HVAC cooling that Summer plus out for walks. I felt love the walls were closing in on myself and others a bit with the home being so full. Doesn’t mean that I wasn’t to have all my chickens back in the nest. It’s just that I needed some space for myself and others as well. So that’s what initiated myself and others taking over the attic as mine. When both of us obtained this house, both of us were surprised to find that the attic was finished. Like it had sheetrock walls, electricity plus a plywood floor. That’s where I had the HVAC professionals install a ductless heat pump. This gave myself and others the much needed heating plus cooling element for myself and others to be comfortable up there. Yet, I had to assemble a futon couch plus a chair up there because I couldn’t get furniture through the opening otherwise.
