It was worth all the planning, effort and expense just to see my husband’s face when I showed up at his office.
At first, he thought something was wrong but I assured his that the opposite was the case.
I was there to sweep his off his feet and out of the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of that office. Both of us were headed out of city for a more than three day, all expenses paid trip to a resort and spa. This was the same venue that my husband had been dropping hints about for years. To his credit, he puts up with plenty from me. I’m not exactly loving and I’m absolutely not spontaneous. For me, I’m always keeping my eye on making sure that the people I was with and I maintain our life of quality heating and air inside our nice home. I tend to be all business far too much. Well, I’m for real making a change there and it’s overdue. I started by asking if my husband would join me each evening by getting out of the central air conditioner of the loft for a walk. Just the more than 2 of us walking and talking about our day or whatever else was on our minds. And this trip was section of that too. I planned it all out and even talked with his boss so me showing up in the zone controlled Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office didn’t mess up his work. The boss got it all covered as I gave him plenty of heads up. Both of us had an amazing time. But seeing the look in his eyes when he realized what was happening while the people I was with and I stood inside the commercial Heating, Ventilation plus A/C of the office was just priceless.
