When our kid graduated from boot camp, every one of us all went to see him receive his diploma. My wifey and I were so proud of Jason and every one of us wanted to support him fully. The two of us never dreamed he would join the Army, however every one of us were so proud of our boy; Jason graduated with various odd accolades. Jason’s bestie Sondra, decided to go to the graduation exercises as well. She brought her parents along for the ride. The two of us rented a room in the same hotel. Lyla and Dan complained about everything and anything. They complained about the parking, because every one of us had to walk 8 spaces to get to our hotel room. They complained about the nearby restaurants and lack of selection. They were supposed to be supporting Jason, however all they did was cause complications. Lyla and Dan were in the hotel room next to our wifey and I. Halfway through the night, every one of us heard Lyla and Dan arguing. The two of us had a shared air vent, and every one of us could hear them screaming. The two of us could hear every single word through the air vent. Lyla and Dan were arguing for a minute, before I finally yelled through the air vent. I told them to shut up or go home. The next day, Lyla and Dan didn’t say anything about the previous night. They didn’t mention the argument or our direct words through the air vent. Shortly after Jason graduated, Lyla, Dan, and Sondra headed for the airport. Jason’s bestie was entirely distraught and horrified, and she apologized to Jason and us. I have no system why they were arguing, although I wish they would have stayed home.
