My guy and I decided to transfer into a rental property. It was a numerous family room mobile home with many bathrooms and a cute front porch. The numerous family room mobile home was on 2 acres of property and my guy and I had plenty of room for our tasks and our cars. Both of us even had a vacant lot next to the house, so the people I was with and I had plenty of room to hang out with our friends without startling anyone. In the lease, my guy and I agreed to pay for any repairs to the heating or air-conditioning system. It was 1 of the stipulations when the people I was with and I signed the paperwork. The a/c worked for many months, and then the people I was with and I did not have any cold air at all. It was sudan 1 morning. The AC worked the night before when the people I was with and I went to bed, but the people I was with and I woke up to a condo filled with moisture and heat. I knew that the people I was with and I couldn’t call the landlord to fix the a/c. My guy and I had to come up with the currency for the a/c repair. Both of us were seriously thankful when the people I was with and I found out that the problem was due to a freon leak. The AC needed to be recharged. The repair was quick and easy and it only took about many hours to find and fix the issue. I was even cheerful with the repair the people I was with and I gained from the Heating plus A/C business.
