My wife and I, we actually met downtown.
They always have festivals and different events downtown at the square with the fountain in the middle.
Whenever they have huge events, they regularly rent HVAC systems that are made for the outdoors. The massive heating systems provide plenty of heating energy so you can easily keep warm. The only thing better than having those massive heating systems would probably be to relax around a fireplace. There’s always tons of music and people dancing and laughing. Well, when I met my wife, she was just relaxing with some friends trying to keep warm in front of one of the heating systems. I went to ask her if she wanted to dance. She was shy at first, but we really hit it off with our dancing. It turned out, we were both terrible at it! I told her that I would love to take dancing lessons with her and maybe that could be a date for us in the future. She asked me what made me think that I would get a date with her, and I said I had a good feeling about her. Well, it was true, there was something special about her and I took her out on a real date to a nice restaurant where they have an indoor fireplace. This place is also located downtown so it’s easy to walk to. Surprisingly, she said she had never eaten there and we both made this our goto place whenever we were hungry. Even to this day, we go there each year for our anniversary, it’s become a regular thing for us.
