We are really pretty great friends with the local heating provider.
Because of that, we often get a huge discount when it comes to getting Heating and A/C services.
Somewhat similar to having a Heating and A/C service plan, which also gives huge discounts. We have loved this, and so when our heating tech neighbor started having issues, we knew we wanted to help him. Our Heating and A/C professional neighbor was having some major repair issues at his home. Part of this was due to some terrible weather in the section causing some damage. He told us that he really didn’t mind that much, because he had planned on upgrading multiple aspects of his home anyways. So repairing the weather damage could happen at the same time as the replacements. However, he needed a place for him and her partner. The thing is, there are plenty of hotels in our area. Since our section is a popular tourist sizzling spot, the hotels were usually pretty costly. So our neighbor was asking us if he could stay for a few nights, while the repairs were being done at his home. For us, this was no problem. We got the guest room prepared, with its own space heating system and portable air conditioner machine, something we knew as an A/C professional he would appreciate. We gladly welcomed him into our home. After all of the things he has done for us, we were glad we could finally help him with something too.
