I absolutely love when my parents come to visit us! I have the most wonderful parents in the entire world. I would never be what I am today without the love and guidance of my sweet parents. From a young age, my parents taught me discipline and leadership, and I can’t thank them enough. One of the hardest things for me to deal with is living so far away from my parents. It’s almost a full two day drive or a seven hour plane ride to get to their house. For that reason, we only get to see my parents about twice a year, once during the holiday season and once during the summer months. These two times of the year are my favorite. We just dropped my parents off of at the airport to fly back home. We had a great visit. One thing that really bothers me is that my dad and mom both smoke in the house. I am constantly having to run my air purifiers to try and keep up with how much they smoke. I have tried to ask them not to smoke indoors, but they often forget because they are so used to smoking indoors at their home. I actually went out and bought two more air purifiers before they got here this time. I put one purifier in the bedroom that they were staying in and one in our family room where we spend quite a bit of time. I think that having three air purifiers going made quite a big difference this time. I didn’t get sick like I usually do when they are over from all the second hand smoke. Hopefully, these air purifiers will keep doing the trick so that we can enjoy our short times with my family even more!
