I recently had a baby and then a birthday.
My husband had no clue what to get me.
He thought maybe getting an expensive facial would be something I enjoy. Unfortunately with my son I can’t really leave the house. He needs to feed every three hours and I don’t really want to pump. I also don’t want to leave my baby for that much time. I am not a facial girl either. I begrudge the money and time wasted. I returned the coupon for the facial and got my husband to purchase a more practical gift for my birthday. I asked for a ductless mini split in my shed. I work out there 6 days a week. Not having temperature control is awful. Most of the time I am way too hot and using a box fan. Having AC during those hot summer days will be nice. There are occasionally some really cold days that require me to use the space heater in there and bundle up. I can pre-heat my shed for over an hour and it still will be super cold. I am excited to get an actual HVAC unit in there. I don’t need the power a ductless HVAC unit provides, but I don’t have it wall mounted rather than stuck in my window. I want to be able to control it with my phone. Also, we could expand the shed someday and the HVAC unit will be able to accommodate that. Eventually I want to have a washer and dryer in there. My husband is hoping to put tools in there as well.
