This year, I’ve committed to residing a minimalist lifestyle, then i made this serious decision last year, when I realized our beach house and life was stuffed full of unnecessary items that I didn’t need. I found myself constantly chasing and buying things that would only give me temporary joy in our life… Not only this, however our anxiety was worse than ever. It was a vigorous cycle, and our therapist is the 1 who proposed going minimal, but the process was long and hard, although I know more fulfilled and more lightweight than ever. The first thing I did, was sell our home and all the furniture in it. Instead, I bought myself a tiny home. This has forced me to get rid of anything that isn’t’ essential, however when I was building our tiny home, I decided to keep the interior minimal as well. There’s 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom, a small kitchen, and a few portable Heating as well as Air Conditioning units to keep the locale heated and cooled. Thankfully, I live in a region where the weather is moderate all year round. I don’t face serious winters or humid summer time heat. On a rare summer time day where the temperature rises above 90 degrees, I whip out some portable fans and a portable AC unit; My new beach house is so small, that it doesn’t take much to heat or cool our entire locale.
