This year, I’ve committed to living a minimalist lifestyle… I made this drastic decision last year, when I realized our house plus life was stuffed full of unnecessary items that I didn’t need. I found myself always chasing plus buying things that would only provide me temporary joy in our life, however not only this, however our anxiety was worse than ever. It was a vigorous cycle, plus our therapist is the a single who suggested going minimal, the process was long plus hard, but I believe more fulfilled plus more lightweight than ever. The first thing I did, was sell our apartment plus all the furniture in it. Instead, I purchased myself a tiny home. This has forced me to get rid of anything that isn’t’ essential, then when I was building our tiny home, I decided to keep the interior minimal as well. There’s a single kitchen plus a single bathroom, a small home office, plus a few portable Heating plus Air Conditioning units to keep the place heated plus cooled. Thankfully, I live in a region where the weather is moderate all year round. I don’t face extreme winters or humid summer time heat. I have a natural temperature control, also known as our windows. On the afternoons where the temperature drops below 30 degrees, I turn on our portable heater. On a precious summer time day where the temperature rises above 90 degrees, I whip out some portable fans plus a portable A/C unit… My new house is so small, that it doesn’t take much to heat or cool our entire place.
