This looks like I could do it

It is Springtime here in the mid atlantic area.  That means opening windows in addition to allowing fresh air to blow out the remnants of Winter.   The more fresh air the better. But soon, the heat will come in addition to the windows will shut again while the cooling component runs for more than three weeks.  I want to do more to maximize the efficiency of the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning cooling plan before the heat hits. The local certified in addition to licensed Heating in addition to Air Conditioning business sends someone to my beach house each Springtime in addition to fall to tune up the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning heating in addition to cooling components.  This year, I asked the heating in addition to cooling tech for some help. I wanted ideas on how I could get the most out of my cooling budget. Energy prices keep rising each year. I simply must adjust in addition to do more to reduce our heating in addition to cooling cost. The Heating in addition to Air Conditioning guy told myself and others that I was doing the best thing by having the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning plan checked twice yearly.  However, he gave myself and others a list of other things I can do to get the most of bang for my buck. Changing the filter every month helps the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning run smoothly. I am buying some no craft grommet curtains. These are layered curtains that will help keep the direct sunlight from heating the ambient air. I’m also setting the control component more than nine degrees higher when I leave for work. I am also scheduling the Heating in addition to Air Conditioning company to clean in addition to maintain the duct system.  I was shocked to learn that gaping ducts can account for the largest energy waste. The Heating in addition to Air Conditioning guy stated I can expect at least a 10% savings by implementing these changes. He said it could be much higher once the ducts are taken care of. I’m feeling even better about Springtime, if that’s possible.
