Just a handful of years ago over Summer, I went on a trip with the family. It had been a while since every one of us had all gotten together care about this. So needless to say, I was really excited to see everyone & I knew it was going to be great. All of us were heading to the beach for a long weekend, & the drive was a fantastic start. When every one of us had gotten to the hotel, it looked actually fantastic from the outside. Even when you walked into the lobby area it seemed not a thing was out of arena & the temperature nice & cool. The receptionist took our names & handed us our room keys with instruction on where to go. Upon entering the room, you could suppose the warmth & smell the musty moldy smell of sitting water. All of us dropped our bags on the bed & looked at the air conditioning unit on the wall. All of us had observed it was on but no air was coming out at all & water was dripping from the bottom. All of us called the front desk instantly to make them aware of the broken a/c unit & the horrible smell in the room. They returned our call about ten minutes later to let us think an Heating & A/C specialist would be coming up to our room to take a look at it. I was a little sad with this situation because every one of us had reservations every one of us were going to be late due to this broken a/c. The Heating & A/C specialist was there taking a look at the water dripping on the floor & assured us she would have this fixed by the time every one of us were ready to stay in for the night.
