The Yoga Mat is Calling Me So I’ll Need to go Soon

I do yoga each morning to help our body wake up and keep its flexibility.

I need to stay bendy especially for activitys and at our age. I’m 55 years outdated now and still enjoy to play beach volleyball a couple times a month so I need to keep our body strong and bendy. I may need to split back on the frequency of play though because it takes me longer to recuperate after a long day of playing. I used to be able to play every day but now I need about multiple days off after playing. I come home and turn on our air conditioning, take a boiling shower, then rub Biofreeze over our sore joints to help them heal faster. It’s good to cool and heat the joint because it helps the blood circulate better so it can get to the locales that need it the most. I have a water gas furnace that is on the wall in our office and after I take our cold dips I enjoy to lay beside it and heat our body up. I suppose this type of gas furnace is very efficient to run even though it looks to be very old. The boiling water cycles through the oil furnaces in each room and keeps the locale at a nice comfortable temperature most of the time. Sporadically the oil furnaces can make it too boiling though, especially if it is a small room enjoy a washroom or small bedroom. I can shut them off manually but enjoy to just let them run and keep the locale warm.
