A brand-new box of air filters was just what I recently purchased. I was overjoyed to receive this sizable box of air filters because I had been trying to purchase some disposable air filters in bulk for the past month and regrettably, my heating and air conditioning contractor had not had as many air filters as I usually have. Air filters were scarce in my area, and as a result, many people were stocking up on them in large quantities, according to a local HVAC expert I spoke with. For the previous three years, I had been stocking up on air filters and bulk, so I was utterly shocked when I tried to purchase more air filters and block but was unable to. The heating and air conditioning contractor implemented a two air filter per purchaser rule to make sure that everyone had a chance to get the air filters they needed. I’m hoping that soon new air filters will be in stock at the heating and air conditioning contractor. After a few weeks, though, I was prepared to look for more air filters to purchase because I never managed to purchase the number I had originally planned to. However, I discovered that my heating and air conditioning contractor was now in an even worse situation because they were completely out of stock of all of their air filters, including the HEPA filters. I made the decision to check out other HVAC vendors, but they were also out of stock. As soon as they can get some new air filters in, I feel like I won’t be without them for very long.
