My boyfriend and I decided to move into a rental property.
It was a three bedroom mobile home with two bathrooms and a cute front porch.
The three bedroom mobile home was on 2 acres of property and my boyfriend and I had plenty of room for our jobs and our cars. We even had a vacant lot next to the house, so we had plenty of room to hang out with our friends without disturbing anyone. In the lease, my boyfriend and I agreed to pay for any repairs to the heating or air-conditioning system. It was one of the stipulations when we signed the paperwork. The air conditioner worked for several months, and then we didn’t have any cold air at all. It was sudan one morning. The AC worked the night before when we went to bed, but we woke up to a house filled with moisture and heat. I knew that we couldn’t call the landlord to fix the air conditioner. My boyfriend and I had to come up with the money for the air conditioner repair. We were extremely thankful when we found out that the problem was due to a freon leak. The AC needed to be recharged. My boyfriend and I thought we might be dealing with an expensive repair or replacement, but we were happily surprised when we found out that the AC just needed refrigerant. The repair was quick and easy and it only took about two hours to find and fix the issue. I was even happy with the service we received from the HVAC business.
