They were assigned a heating technician at the heating business who was patient enough to answer their extensive questions. By the end, they organized an inspection of the unit so that they could get more accurate and reliable information. The HVAC professional found that the heat pump installation was still in good condition and the only thing they’d need to add was a smart thermostat. The heating dealer explained that the thermostat would help them control and program temperatures for every room and track energy use. They both welcomed the suggestion and had the thermostat installed before winter. We are all waiting to see if there’ll be a reduction in energy bills by the end of the season.
