Saluting a valiant HVAC friend

The whole process of replacing the HVAC equipment just wasn’t a tough thing at all. Five years ago, when the HVAC unit turned twenty, I started saving for the eventual changing of the guard when it came to heating and cooling our house. I’m glad I was prepared from the financial end. But I was really fretting all that would go into having the HVAC unit replaced. I just don’t like a change in my routine and I figured the replacement of HVAC equipment would be involved. Wow. was I ever off the mark on that one. From the day the HVAC technician informed me that the HVAC unit was ready to go to the first time the new HVAC unit came on, it’s been a breeze. And a breeze of HVAC cooling comfort for me this summer. The HVAC technician came out to do the air conditioning tune up this spring and that’s when he told me that I should probably replace the residential HVAC prior to the heat and humidity of our summer setting in for four long months. He was right. There was no way that I was going into the summer with a heat pump that the HVAC professionals thought was questionable. It’s just too hot and humid to risk it. So I just bit the bullet. But honestly, the HVAC contractor made the entire process so utterly painless. Actually, the toughest part for me was saying goodbye to the old heat pump. It served us so well that it was really hard to let go and start a new era of quality heating and air.
