Sure, I need the paycheck just love most people else. But I also particularly love this business, what it stands for plus what it’s trying to do in this world. These qualities kept myself and others here through a phase of bad management plus even worse heating plus cooling. The state of the commercial HVAC was also the responsibility of that bad management. The guy I came to work for retired about 5 years ago. He was a attractive man, a great leader plus did all he could for us plus this business. His substitutement was a fraud. This guy got the position by faking out most people inside the zone controlled HVAC of the living room. And when he got here, it was pretty apparent that he didn’t have a clue as to just what he was doing. But I gave him a pass as there are growing pains for most people when it comes to leading. Still, it just got worse plus worse. The money earmarked for commercial HVAC replaces were instead siphoned off to make our losses look better. It was just 1 thing after another plus the morale of our office tanked. Thankfully, corporate finally got it figured out. Two weeks ago, a team of folks from the living room showed up plus ushered the entire management team out of the building. The lady both of us have now is sharp, kind plus on her game. It didn’t take a month before she gave all of us a Saturday off so the HVAC corporation could come out plus replace the commercial HVAC equipment.
