Sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting involved with until it’s too late.
This is often the case for me when it comes to jobs and working for difficult bosses. I feel like no matter what I do, there is always some drama and unexpected difficulty with my supervisors. Working at the local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealership Generally is a pretty cool job. I am not a single of the most highly certified heating plus a/c specialists that go out on the jobs for the difficult heating plus a/c repair plus installation. I am simply the main accounting woman at the heating plus a/c dealership and I work in the office. Yesterday the people I was with and I had a major change in the higher up management of the site. Both of us ended up with a completely up-to-date boss! Our new boss was moving away out of state abruptly with her family for another job that she quickly took. The employer of the heating plus a/c dealership immediately hired a up-to-date lady to run the place where I work. And fortunately, I have to tell you, our up-to-date boss is such an entirely nice lady! She is not at all like the common bosses you get at most jobs. Our prior seasoned boss at the local heating plus a/c business was definitely not your common boss either. She too was typically a nice plus laid back lady, but this up-to-date boss is absolutely just like all the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C workers! And she even jokes around plus has fun with all of us at the weekly heating plus a/c business meetings. I love my new work environment!
