When my wife and I were first looking for a home, we wanted something that we could live in forever.
We wanted a nice big place that we could raise a family in.
So we looked for a long time and eventually we found the perfect property for us. I mean, it wasn’t the most beautiful home in the world to look at, but it had a lot of land, and it just needed some minor TLC. The thing that we really loved about the place was the amount of space and the fireplace! The living room area was absolutely huge and the fireplace was wonderful. There was also a huge kitchen and plenty of bedrooms. We could have a very large family with this place we realized. It’s not that we necessarily wanted a huge family, but we wanted the option. We also had plenty of spare bedrooms for guests when they came over which was great. The other thing we really needed to focus on was the HVAC system. The HVAC still worked, but it was really old. The good news is that the ductwork system was in good shape according to the HVAC technician we called. He said he could easily install a new HVAC unit for a fair price, and then we would be in good shape. So we went for the HVAC installation and then we were feeling nice and comfortable in our home. After we had our first kid, we worried about the air quality, so we installed an air purification system. Then eventually, we started using HEPA air filters with our HVAC system.
