My sibling may have been going for his HVAC certification, however he wasn't a serviceman.

Right after high university, my young sibling decided he was going to go to university for HVAC certification.

My parents were so proud that he was going to HVAC university. He was only halfway through his courses, when my father decided that it would be okay to have my sibling maintenance the furnace for him. I reminded mom that however he was going for HVAC certification, he still wasn’t an HVAC serviceman, dad told me to quit being so critical, and allow my sibling to do the task. I shut my mouth and walked away. I no longer lived in that house, and I did not have the right to voice my opinion. Once my sibling was done servicing the furnace, he came upstairs and told dad that everything looked fine. I knew dad was going to get aggravated with me even though I asked my sibling if he had changed the air filter? The look in his esure was priceless as he ran back to the basement door and down to the furnace. He brought the old air filter upstairs to put out in the dumpster, and chuckled as he went by. He thanked me for reminding him about the air filter. My father did not hear me mention the air filter to my sibling and neither a single of us said anything, however the next time dad asked him to do something with the HVAC system, he told him that he wanted to wait. He didn’t want to get into trouble before getting his certification. He thought it would be best to graduate before he tried doing anything else with the HVAC.
