My Furnace Was Serviced Late in The Season

Even though winter season is leaving & Springtime is starting to arrive, I’ve decided to have my boiler tuned. It’s much later than I normally have my boiler ran tests on, but it’s better late than never! I lost track of time back in the fall when I consistently like to have my boiler ran tests on & one thing leads to another. I could have left my boiler alone since it had heated our home well during the winter season months, even though I felt legitimately guilty about neglecting it; Knowing my luck, I would shut my boiler off for the season & then it would never turn back on next year. The Heating and Air Conditioning company was more than gleeful to service my boiler so late in the year & they were legitimately proud that I had called at all. According to them, a lot of homeowners who neglect to have their boiler tuned, experience more concerns than those who make the effort to have it ran tests on, but proper boiler tune ups help your boiler run more efficiently, avoid detriment, prolong the lifespan, & they prevent future breakdowns. Neglecting to have your boiler tuned even one time can throw the whole thing off; Heating and Air Conditioning systems are fancy, so it makes more sense to have it ran tests on every year than to risk an fancy service or substitutement, then before the Heating and Air Conditioning company left, they showed me the air filter & I was shocked by how covered in dust it was! My air filter is regularly substituted by an Heating and Air Conditioning professional when my Heating and Air Conditioning system gets ran tests on, so because I hadn’t had my boiler tuned, the air filter was neglected, but showing me the dirty air filter only confirmed that I did the right thing by calling to have my boiler tuned.
