My brother had a tough day at work

You only need one terrible experience to learn from it, this is something that I have been starting to understand as a human being and a psychology professional.

  • It turns out, going through a single event can completely change the way you see the entire world for the rest of your life.

I know a lot of us can understand this in regards to violence or painful traumas, however, it really takes much less than a massively shocking event to change your behavior forever. For instance, it only took our sibling one long, terrible day as a HVAC serviceman to forever change his weekly routine, on his first afternoons after earning as a professional HVAC worker for the local HVAC control dealership, our sibling was sent to some severely strenuous heating and cooling repair tasks. He was already concerned enough about demonstrating his recently acquired HVAC certification for real residential HVAC buyers and then the heating and A/C dispatcher sent him to the most strenuous air conditioning and oil furnace repair tasks of the day, however my sibling got stuck at each HVAC appointment for numerous hours longer than he expected. The next thing he knew, he had been genuinely working a 15-hour day and his brain and body were in complete exhaustion mode. He was so sleepy when he left the last air conditioning repair that he nearly fell asleep behind the wheel of the heating and A/C truck. To this day, my sibling is prepared for long, arduous heating and A/C repair services. He always keeps an extra mug of Coca-Cola as well as a handful of caffeine pills in his heating as well as cooling repair truck.
