It’s difficult to leave a fantastic job, especially when you do not suppose what the future holds. The other man is a man with five years experience. She is the brightest individual I have never known to work in the Heating and Air Conditioning industry. She learns hastily and he has a special certification in building automation systems. I thought these several individuals would shine in the modern corporation and they were gleeful to get the call. When I left, I told both of them that I would try to find room for them at the modern arena. When I told them about the pay raise, corporation car, and expense account, they were ready to leave the same morning.
