My family has a tradition of going somewhere modern each summer. This was something mom plus dad began when the two of us were little. However, last Summer was the first time the two of us stayed at home. During Spring, mom fell after sliding on mud plus broke her leg. It took time to heal because she got an infection at the beginning of summer. So, the two of us had to cancel the travel plans plus make sure she healed. Dad was laboring so our siblings plus I took turns looking after mom. By June, it was so tepid that the two of us rarely left the house. Thankfully, the two of us have an excellent cooling plan that keeps the indoor part comfortable, then we’d watch lots of TV while enjoying the air conditioning at home. Mom said it was better the two of us stayed at house because the two of us got to bond. The two of us usually had fights plus arguments during family trips. But, being at home, with the air conditioning on, the two of us got along quite well. Plus, there was no escape since it was too tepid outside to go plus do anything. The two of us got into such a big confrontation that no 1 was speaking when the two of us got back home, then now that the two of us were telling the story, it all seemed so ridiculous to us.
