Once I turned it on after the cleaning, it ran so much better! I did not realize how inferior our cooling method was until it got cleaned
For a long time I just dealt with the fact our AC method leaked, then constantly there was a puddle of water around our a/c, but when it operated, the water leaked over the sides of it. Due to this, the AC was rusty plus did not run well. Changing the air filter, coolant or cleaning the fan blades did not do anything, for a while I just took it as the norm. When our bestie saw the water around the AC, staining the carpet, plus became disgusted by it, I knew it was time to tackle the water issue. Thankfully I decided to try our advantage out researching first. The answer to our issue immediately came up. Apparently there is a area in the cooling method called the condensate drain. The drain can frequently clog up due to algae. Once the algae blocks the drain, water leaks out of the AC system. I opened up the cooling method plus found the problem immediately. I cleaned plus cleared away the debris in the drain. I also cleaned the cooling coil which had significant mold on it. My whole cooling method got a cleaning makeover. Once I turned it on after the cleaning, it ran so much better! I did not realize how inferior our cooling method was until it got cleaned. I could particularly cool our home plus the home no longer stinked weird. I should not have let the water leak out of the cooling method for that long. I could have saved our rug from the stain plus stopped rust from forming on the AC.
