Ever since I bought a house on the beach, all of my friends have come over regularly to visit.

• Before that I would hang out at their apartments, but the beach house has been a total game changer.

We have been able to host enjoyable parties and we love to have big fires in the beach fireplace. The fireplace is absolutely huge and we can even have bonfires which are perfect for large get togethers. The other beautiful thing is the fireplace in the house. It’s a gas fireplace but I like that because I don’t have to break my back splitting wood. On top of that, it’s not like I have a lot of trees on my property if I want to split wood. I suppose I could have firewood delivered if I had a wood burning fireplace, but as I said I enjoy the gas fireplace just fine. Everybody else who comes over to hang out loves it also, especially during the winter season. I can’t tell you how many parties we have had at my place, but I can tell you that nobody has been disappointed with the temperature control settings. I know this because I am enrolled in an HVAC service plan that keeps my HVAC system working at full capacity. This makes it so my energy bills remain low regardless of a modest amount of HVAC use. Of course, I love to be a good entertainer and always make sure everybody is perfectly comfortable. If people are too drunk, they can always crash at my house.
