My kid is obsessed with candy corn. It’s her absolute number one candy as well as she waits all year for the fall season to roll around just so that she can find it in all the stores. She really tries to stockpile it under her bed in her room so that she can have it year round. Well, last year, she had a large stash of candy corn in a plastic tote under her bed. This was all well as well as fantastic until our dog snuck into her room as well as ripped open the bag. Then the dog got the tote tangled around his leg as well as dragged it through the beach house as well as down the stairs. There was candy corn everywhere, including inside our heating as well as A/C vents. The candy corn in the air conditioning vents wasn’t really a large deal because the only air coming out of there was cooling the beach house off. But when the rapidly decreasing temperatures outside dropped as well as all of us had to turn on the oil furnace, it was a weird story! It turns out that when you turn the oil furnace on as well as the heating comes rushing through the heating vents, it melts the candy corn. I guess all of us should have thought about this before as well as had our ventilation method cleaned out. As it turns out, all of us had to call the Heating & A/C business downtown to come as well as do a complete air duct cleaning because candy corn ended up melting as well as running down inside all of our air vents! It was such a sticky mess however at least it stinked nice as well as sweet whenever the oil furnace kicked on.
