I’m an avid workout enthusiast and I can’t get enough of fitness. I really need to work out at least an hour a day. It’s quite important to me as I realize the impact and significance of a healthy life as I get older. The first thing I do every day is wake up and run outside for about 45 minutes. I guess that doing this first thing does a lot for you. First off, it helps wake me up, since I don’t drink coffee. It also is beneficial to run in the morning to beat the heat that inevitably arrives in the afternoon. I also like to get out of the house and enjoy the weather before most other people so I don’t have to deal with children or other people. When I get home, I’ll usually turn the thermostat to my preferred 55 degrees. I’m not sure why, however I absolutely appreciate a cooler setting when I work out. When it’s too hot, I’m uncomfortable and unable to get motivated to work at my full potential. When it’s too cold, I feel my joints stiffen too much. So it’s substantially important to keep the thermostat programmed right at 55 degrees. This may differ from each person but for me, 55 degrees is personal preference. After I adjust the thermostat, I’ll make a protein shake and begin some weight training. I do this routine 5 or 6 days a week. I’m glad I have the ability to live in a perfectly climate controlled home!
