My parents have an outdated fishing shack that noone has used in 10 years. The shack is worn down plus in bad shape. My sibling plus I wanted to remodel the site, so both of us could use it for camping plus fishing. My parents agreed to sell the fishing shack to both of us. The first thing both of us did was fix the roof plus the porch. Most of the porch boards were falling apart or completely gone. The roof had holes above the living room, plus there was disfigure to the flooring. My sibling plus I spent 2 weeks worth of weekends on the roof, porch, plus living room floor. We replaced the bathroom plus added a shower. We replaced the living room appliances plus the sizzling water gas furnace as well. After the cosmetic repairs were completed, my sibling plus I purchased a ductless heat pump for the shack. My parents never bothered to add any climate control system to the outdated shack. They only used the locale during the Summer weeks. My sibling plus I wanted to use the fishing shack at all times of the year. The ductless heat pump provides Heat plus air conditioner to our small space. The ductless heat pump was an affordable solution to our main problem. My sibling plus I did not have any existing ductwork for any type of ducted Heating plus A/C system. The ductless heat pump is practical, affordable, plus energy efficient. My sibling plus I are already spending our weekends in the shack. We still have some repairs left to make, however the whole locale will be finished in a few short weeks.
