Last night my friends and I threw a party at my house that got a little out of hand to put it mildly. We invited just a few of our good pals over in the beginning of the night, but more and more people heard via word of mouth and the party grew like wildfire. I don’t think there has ever been that many people in such a small house ever before! After the party was wrapped up and it was the next morning, I woke up and noticed that the a/c unit wasn’t working at all. I messed with the buttons and did my best to self diagnose the unit but I wasn’t able to find the root of the problem. The a/c unit in my house is no old and broken down type of unit that most young people have, in fact it is one of the most top of the line units so I was shocked that it wasn’t working. A few moments later I noticed that there was a liquid dripping out of the unit, and that liquid happened to be beer. I would find out later once an HVAC tech came over that one of the partygoers thought it would be a good idea to throw a bunch of old beer cups in the air conditioning unit, making it break down for good. Now my a/c cooling unit worth hundreds of dollars is in complete shambles and I couldn’t even sell it for cheap on craigslist or ebay. I think that it’s safe to say that I will never be throwing a party anytime soon!
