2020 looks to become a quite significant time for our country.
It could be quite a dramatic year filled with upheaval as well as turmoil.
I’m hoping every one of us as a humanity can get through it. It seems as though we’ve lost sight that every one of us are still sort of all in this together. Perhaps compassion as well as correct sense will prevail but I’m not holding our breath. But, it will start off with a bang on the easily first afternoon of 2020. That is the afternoon that R 22 or Freon will no longer be produced legally. I guess some folks will hoard up on the Freon while others will be enacting plans to move away from R 22 refrigerant in their heating as well as cooling units. I suppose some folks that are so stubborn that they will hold on to the seasoned refrigerant system for as long as possible. But, even our neighbor who is certain that I am a pinko environmentalist understands the hazards of using Freon any longer. Perhaps those holding onto some twisted logic will get onboard as well. I guess like, as a culture, can’t every one of us just take this 1 on the chin as well as then move on. The ozone depletion due to Freon is not junk science. It is fact. I’m not the brightest bulb in the world but I was able to learn the actual EPA reports on the effects of R 22 refrigerant. With all the rest of the rancor as well as disagreement that is certain to peak during 2020, R 22 going away is not all that crucial a deal.
