I don’t want to go fishing in 97 degree weather

I looked at our bestie and asked if she was sure about going fishing when it was so boiling outside, but she grimaced and fished her keys out of her picket.

Last week, our bestie called and asked me to go fishing with him. I hadn’t yet been outside, and I enjoyed fishing, so I agreed to go! And when she showed up, she left the car running, which should have been a clue to how boiling it was outside. I was going to turn the temperature up on the thermostat so I could save some money on air conditioning, however something told me not to. When I stepped outside, I almost walked back inside. It was already ninety-five degrees and I didn’t want to be out in a metal boat with the daylight shining off the water. I was sure I was going to have a good time, but I was also sure I was going to end up with a horrible sunburn. I went back inside to get our sunscreen, and almost didn’t go back out. I looked at our bestie and asked if she was sure about going fishing when it was so boiling outside, but she grimaced and fished her keys out of her picket. She shut the car off and asked what else I had in mind. I had a built-in pool in the home building, and the two of us wouldn’t need to go outside if the two of us wanted to use the inside pool, then the two of us packed a picnic breakfast and headed to the inside pool. The water was warm, however the air conditioning felt so good that I was cheerful that the two of us didn’t go fishing. I much prefer air conditioning to being out in the heat; my bestie agreed with me, but she wanted to spend the day with me.
