I don’t entirely know the real reason but I have never understood how people can have a sizable amount of friends… Unlike the majority of people that I know, I have been the type of person who only has a handful of friends that I stick with my entire life… I’m not a grumpy kermit or anything insane like that, I just don’t get close to many people.
Some who are easily close to me, my wife for example, know that it’s a little odd that I don’t care about making any more friends.
I know there aren’t any problems with it though, what I actually am missing in terms of quantity I get high amounts of quality. For example, one of my best buddies who I have been close with since I was a youngster is now the manager at an easily well known Heating as well as Air Conditioning machine supplier. Because of my good buddy I don’t have stress over the shape that our air conditioning machine is in in the slightest.
