When I was dropped from their service contract list, I thought it was going to be the end of the world
I think most people have been through a difficult break-up at some point in their life. It’s always hard when something good comes to an end and you can’t foresee the positives that are going to come from it. Personally, I feel like every break up I’ve been through has eventually become an important development in my life. Recently, I was thrown off when another relationship ended, but now I know it’s the best choice for my HVAC system in the end. Truthfully, I didn’t know that it was possible for a corporation to decide your relationship wasn’t working out as a customer… let alone your HVAC provider. I was absolutely shocked the other day when I received the heart-wrenching phone call from the front desk woman at my heating, cooling, and ventilation dealership. She informed me that although it had been a wonderful 10 years working together on my central heating and cooling system, they were going to have to let me go as a contracted service client. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been using the same air quality control company because they provide excellent service and I’ve been able to rely on their unending care for a decade. When they first installed my heating and cooling equipment, I knew that I was in love with their expert HVAC technicians, their reasonable service fees, and their extremely detailed maintenance service program. I had always been a dedicated diagnostic maintenance contract customer with the high quality HVAC dealership, and I thought that we mutually had grown attached to one another. At least, it seems like my normal HVAC technician truly cared for my heating and cooling system. When I was dropped from their service contract list, I thought it was going to be the end of the world. Now, after locating an eco friendly HVAC dealership with similar service prices, I realize it was just a new opportunity to find an even better HVAC provider.
