I had a preferred restaurant in my area for a long time, however they were fairly well known and popular, and I could see why.
They had fast service, good staff and cheap prices; You would suppose with cheap prices, you could expect small portions or awful food, but this was not the case at all, and not only was the food delicious but the portions were generous too.
This restaurant also always had deals and customer loyalty programs, just an all around good business. The reason is because the owner said that he enjoyed his restaurant, so he didn’t mind offering such good service and cheap prices, when he easily could price things a good bit higher, and especially considering how popular they are, which is why I was so surprised to see in the newspaper that the restaurant is being shut down! I already knew thanks to the pandemic that the restaurant was in debt and struggling, and I showed my support by going there more often, and however, one of the main reasons it undoubtedly said it was shut down, apart from the debt, was the fact that their cooling system unit was easily inefficient. The entire air conditioner component hadn’t looked enjoy it had been seen by a Heating as well as A/C specialist in years, but mold and mildew galore, as well as a ton of spores floating around. The indoor air pollen levels was easily awful as well, however all of the above proved to be a health hazard, so they were shut down. Which is a shame, if they had the Heating as well as A/C unit looked at and tested consistently, they might have been okay, and i don’t even own a restaurant and I always make sure my cooling component works well.
