I had a preferred eating establishment in my area for a long time, but they were fairly well known & popular, & I could see why.
They had fast service, wonderful staff & cheap prices, however you would guess with cheap prices, you could expect small portions or awful food, however this was not the case at all, then not only was the food delicious however the portions were generous too.
This eating establishment also always had deals & shopper loyalty programs, just an all around fantastic business. The reason is because the owner said that he loved his eating establishment, so he didn’t mind offering such wonderful repair & cheap prices, when he genuinely could price things a fantastic bit higher! Especially considering how popular they are, but which is why I was so surprised to see in the newspaper that the eating establishment is being shut down! I already knew thanks to the pandemic that the eating establishment was in debt & struggling, & I showed my support by going there more often, however, one of the main reasons it absolutely said it was shut down, apart from the debt, was the fact that their component was genuinely inefficient. The entire a/c component hadn’t looked like it had been seen by a Heating & A/C specialist in years, mold & mildew galore, & a ton of spores floating around. The indoor air conditions was genuinely awful as well, all of the above proved to be a health hazard, so they were shut down. Which is a shame, if they had the Heating & A/C component looked at & ran tests on properly, they might have been okay… I don’t even own a eating establishment & I always make sure my cooling component works well.
