When we bought this place, one of the first things that we had to do was to replace the HVAC equipment.

When we had the new HVAC unit installed, we immediately followed that up by joining the HVAC service plan offered by our HVAC company. This got us the consistent HVAC heating maintenance in the fall. And that was followed by an air conditioning tune up in the spring. This has happened year in and year out. But the HVAC service plan also entitled us to discounts on other HVAC services. And that’s why I was getting all these coupons for ductwork cleaning in the mail. I had no idea what the benefits of ductwork cleaning would actually be so I just kept tossing. Well, I didn’t this spring and got the ductwork cleaning done. Wow, wow, wow what a difference that has made when it comes to the indoor air quality of our house and the efficiency of the HVAC equipment.
