It’s almost 11am and I am home in my air conditioner after a sea dip for a few minutes.
My friends left town yesterday and I am getting things back in order in the home.
I’m going to show it to a possible roommate in a few days and I want it to be clean and orderly. This extra income from the roommate will help a lot with my finances as I am living alone in this big three bedroom flat. There are two bathrooms but one of them doesn’t have the ductwork running to it so it can get a bit hot in there. I installed an exhaust fan to remove the fumes as the cats are now using it as a feeding and litter box room. I have a whole home air purifier and it also helps to remove any smells in the house, along with a lot of dust and pollen. I should get a small portable air purifier for the cat’s bathroom but I’m spending way too much money on gadgets and electronics. I bet in the past year I’ve blown $60K on things I really didn’t need. I thought buying an electric car with a green climate control system would be a great purchase but I never really use the thing. Maybe once every few months we will go to another city but other than that it sits in the garage, which is costing me $250 a month. It isn’t tough to blast through dad’s hard earned HVAC business money that he left all of us kids. Unreal.
