For the past few weeks I have started working at a new job and I have been loving it.
Prior to getting this new job I was working a low paying job as an HVAC repair tech at a small company in town.
I was by far one of the best men who worked their in terms of skill, but due to my young age they treated me the same as an ordinary intern. Instead of sending me out on repair calls to fix up heating and cooling units, they had me in the back of the office filing papers and answering calls. That’s the job for a secretary, not someone like me! Now that I have taken the leap and was able to land a position at a new job after endless interviews I am now working as a certified HVAC repair tech for a different company. Thankfully I am now working for a well established company that pays fair wages to all of its employees. Now that I have been working at this new company I have been treated much more fairly and I have been enjoying the job so much more. I think that the reason why this company is much more respected in town is because unlike my prior company, they only hire the best HVAC repair man regardless of their age. I have high hopes of starting my own company one day, but I think that if I keep enjoying myself as much as I have been the past two weeks I just might stick around here for another 20 years.
