I am a Realtor who has been selling homes in a single are for 30 years. My passion is finding the right client for the right property. I want to deliver the seller with their best chance to obtain a nice price for their home. However, there are certain homeowners who make this process far more taxing than would ever be necessary. There is a single guy right now who is fighting me tooth & nail over his Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit. This guy has been nothing however taxing from the unquestionably start. He has these strange ideas that have mutated from enjoying to mean house flipping shows on TV. The guy nearly lost his mind when I told him his Heating, Ventilation & A/C component was old & must be substituted. He was so frustrated that I simply walked off the property. I wished him nice fortune & left. His wifey called our office the next morning begging me to come back. When I went back, I explained to this guy that I understood his apprehension about spending money upfront love this. However, I showed him the figures to prove that an Heating, Ventilation & A/C update would not only get the house sold however at a much higher price. He calmed down a bit. But as I was leaving he stated that if he was replacing something as luxurious as the Heating, Ventilation & A/C system, he should just stay put. I shook his hand & again wished him the best of luck.
