This isn’t ego talking but rather an honorableassessment of our skills. I am a Realtor who has been selling homes in a single are for 30 years. My passion is finding the right buyer for the right property. I want to supply the seller with their best occasion to obtain a good price for their home. However, there are certain homeowners who make this process far more hard than would ever be necessary. There is a single girl right now who is fighting myself and others tooth plus nail over her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C unit. This girl has been nothing but hard from the really start. She has these odd ideas that have mutated from watching to mean home flipping shows on TV. The girl nearly lost her mind when I told him her Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C device was outdated plus must be replaced. She was so frustrated that I simply walked off the property. I wished him good fortune plus left. Her fiance called our office the next morning begging myself and others to come back. When I went back, I explained to this girl that I understood her apprehension about spending money upfront prefer this. However, I showed him the figures to prove that an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C update would not only get the home sold but at a much higher price. She calmed down a bit. But as I was leaving she stated that if she was replacing something as expensive as the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C system, she should just stay put.
