Every one of us have been looking at several odd mobile homes in the area… Last week, I found a locale on Facebook Marketplace. My wifey & I went to check it out over the weekend. The mobile home has numerous lavatorys & numerous study rooms. It also has a fireplace, eat-in kitchen, & study room. The largest problem is the furnace. The owner told myself and others that the furnace will need to be upgraded, and replacing the furnace did not seem love a big issue to me, however it was the reason why the home was listed so low. No 1 wanted to buy the locale without heat. My wifey & I called a couple of suppliers to see how much it would cost to upgrade the furnace. A few people could not supply us an quote over the PC, however a number of suppliers gave us a ballpark number. My wifey & I felt that the home was a good deal, so we called the realtor & made our offer. Every one of us were seriously surprised when the owner agreed to our first offer. My wifey & I suggested $3,000 off the purchase price so we could pay for the current furnace. The owner was cheerful with the deal & signed the papers on the same afternoon. No 1 wanted this locale because of the bad furnace, however it feels love home to me. Now that my wifey & I have upgraded the furnace & purchased current furniture, the locale looks love a palace.
